Cancellation
By Client: Cancellation within 2 days of the event/service requires full payment.
By Speaker/Consultant: Full refund of any payments received, with reasonable effort to find a replacement.
Promotion & Materials
Mr. LNE will provide necessary promotional or service materials. Client may use Speaker’s name, bio, and image to promote the agreed-upon event/service only. We may create a promotional photo or flyer to share through our social media platforms and newsletter. If we do, we will contact you first to request your approval. Your preferences will be fully honored.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be held liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, travel bans, hate crimes). In the case of such events, LNE Motivation and Consulting is open to discussing refunds or rescheduling.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement reflects the entire understanding of both parties. Any changes must be made in writing and signed.
