By Speaker/Consultant: Full refund of any payments received, with reasonable effort to find a replacement.

The Speaker will provide necessary promotional materials. Client may use Speaker’s name, bio, and image to promote the agreed-upon event only.

Neither party will be held liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, travel bans).

This Agreement reflects the entire understanding of both parties. Any changes must be made in writing and signed.
