Activity and Liability Waiver

Participants acknowledges that they understand the risks involved in participating in Motivational Speaking Presentations, Workshops, or Coaching & Wellness Sessions (including Life Coaching and Fitness Coaching), and voluntarily agrees to respond with integrity and within honest and fair reasoning, to not hold LNE Motivation and Consulting liable for feelings of shame, hurt, attacked, or injury during these activities and deliverance of services.

 

You understand that such activities may bring up past traumas and fears, which may be difficult to deal with emotionally in the moment.  LNE Motivation and Consulting cares about your well-being and will never intentionally make you feel uncomfortable. It is of high priority that you feel welcomed, loved, and supported! We desire for You to have the courage to be You. ​
