About the event
Lead by Freddy Jackson, aka Mr Love...No Ego, participants can expect to take a moderate walk/hike in Nature, hammock and or sit by the rapids of the Rivanna River, engage in Love...No Ego developmental exercises and conversations, enjoy healthy snacks, and simply Be. And much more!
Easy to Moderate Walk: Suitable for beginners and those with limited fitness. A short distance of 1-3 miles total on gentle slopes, minimum elevation, and minimal obstacles.
All Love...No Ego developmental exercises are an invitation and not a requirement. However, they are fun and super rewarding! But just to let ya know...👍
Hammocks, music, snacks, and treats provided. Participants get to keep their new hammock.
One House Stogie/Cigar Provided. BYOB.
Please bring your own water/water bottle, towel, notebook/journal, and writing pen/pencil.
