About the event
Outdoor Workshop in Collaboration with The Tom Tom Festival 2026!
An easy to moderate walk/hike around in Nature (Darden Towe Park) to promote connection and courage. We will take several pauses along the walk/hike to circle up and discuss what courage looks like, the characteristics of courage, and how to facilitate it. We will end with a stillness activity that embodies courage and inspires us to move courageously.
