Take a day to rise above the noise — literally. Join us for a restorative Hammock Party at beautiful Chris Green Lake, where we’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and let the earth hold what we no longer need to carry.
This gathering is all about levitation in every sense: taking the pressure off, loosening the grip of old habits, and giving yourself permission to simply be. Through guided reflection and gentle practices, you’ll explore how to stay present, release what’s outdated, affirm what you want to grow, and understand the power of forgiveness — even when it feels challenging. Therapy is, at its heart, a release from the past and a return to the NOW. It takes courage to show up for yourself. You’re ready.
