The Keystone Emergency Management Association (KEMA) is proud to announce the 8th Annual Pennsylvania Emergency Preparedness and Homeland Security Conference (#KEMACon2025)!
Join us on September 28–30, 2025, at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
This year’s theme, “Building Resilient Communities, Adapting to a Changing Landscape,” reflects the evolving nature of emergency management. The conference will delve into how communities can strengthen their resilience to both natural and human-made disasters, and how emergency management strategies must evolve in response to emerging challenges such as climate change, cybersecurity threats, and rapid technological advancements.
