Who We Are...our story.

Mr Love...No Ego and The Build Your Power Team started with a collaboration between Freddy Jackson, the Founder of The Love No Ego Foundation, a youth-serving nonprofit based in Charlottesville, Virginia, and Brennan Hilleary, the CEO of Build Your Power, LLC.

With a successful mission of impacting the nonprofit world, the corporate world started to call Freddy to speak and share his message, experience, and solutions for removing ego out of the workplace, ways to engage employees and teams, enable authenticity, and perform at a happy and optimal level. Brennan, as a Transformational Coach, Public Speaker, and Podcaster was already inspiring many by helping them move from burnout to blance and find purpose. The two met, and now they are making a grand impact with this constantly growing initiative!
